These terms apply when you use ranaiofficial.com or buy from Ranai. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Ranai is a registered women's clothing business in Pakistan. WhatsApp: 0322 4889568.
2. Your order
- Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the item is sold out, if a price or detail was shown wrongly, or if an order looks fake. If you already paid, we refund you in full.
- All items are subject to stock. If something you ordered is sold out, we will tell you and offer another piece or cancel it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include any taxes that apply. Delivery is added at checkout.
- You can pay by cash on delivery, or online where offered at checkout.
- We never ask you to pay into a personal bank account or mobile wallet. Only trust payments made through ranaiofficial.com or on delivery.
4. Products and photos
- We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
- Jewellery, shoes, bags and other styling items shown in photos are not included unless the product page says so.
- Each product page lists exactly what comes in the set.
5. Delivery, exchanges and refunds
Our Delivery Policy and Exchange & Refund Policy are part of these terms.
6. Official channels
Our only official places are ranaiofficial.com and the Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts linked on it. We are not responsible for items bought from anyone else.
7. Website content
All photos, text and designs on this website belong to Ranai. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
8. Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Pakistani consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you order applies.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
11. Complaints
Not happy with something? Tell us straight away on WhatsApp 0322 4889568 and we will do our best to put it right. We reply to every written complaint within 15 days at the latest.
