What is the fabric?
Our current collection is summer lawn. The exact fabric is listed on each product page.
Are the suits stitched?
Yes. All our pieces are ready to wear. Choose your size on each product page.
What comes with a 3-piece suit?
A 3-piece suit comes with the shirt, trousers and a dupatta. Each product page lists exactly what is included.
What comes with a 2-piece suit?
A 2-piece suit comes with the shirt and trousers. It does not come with a dupatta.
Do the kurtas come with trousers?
No. Our kurtas are sold on their own. Any trousers you see in kurta photos are for styling only.
How do I find my size?
Please check our Size Guide before you order. If you are between sizes, WhatsApp us and we will help you choose.
How should I wash my lawn suit?
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Wash dark and bright colours separately the first few times. Do not bleach. Dry in the shade and iron on the reverse side.
Will the colour look exactly like the photos?
We try to show every colour as it really is, but colours can look slightly different on different screens and in different light. Jewellery, shoes and bags in photos are for styling only.
How much is delivery?
Rs 200 on every order, and free on orders of Rs 8,000 or more.
How long does delivery take?
We send confirmed orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days to Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and 5 to 7 working days elsewhere in Pakistan.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, all over Pakistan. Please pay the rider first and then open the parcel.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not yet. We only deliver within Pakistan for now.
How do I track my order?
We send the tracking number by WhatsApp or text message as soon as your order is sent.
Can I exchange a piece?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size only (faulty or wrong sale items are always covered). See Delivery & Exchanges for the full details.
Do you give refunds?
We do not give cash refunds if you change your mind, but you can exchange. If your piece arrives faulty or wrong and we cannot replace it, we refund you in full.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it is sent. Just WhatsApp us with your order number.
Is this the official Ranai store?
Yes. Our only official places are this website, ranaiofficial.com, and our own Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp accounts linked on this site. We never ask you to send money to a personal bank account or mobile wallet.
