Payment
- Cash on delivery all over Pakistan.
- Please keep the exact amount ready. Pay the rider first, then open the parcel. This is the courier's rule.
Delivery charges
- Rs 200 on every order.
- Free delivery on orders of Rs 8,000 or more.
Order confirmation
- After you order, we call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm.
- We send your order only after it is confirmed.
- If we cannot reach you within 3 days, the order is cancelled.
When we send your order
- Confirmed orders are sent within 1 to 2 working days.
- Orders are not sent on Sundays or public holidays. They go out the next working day.
Delivery time
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: 2 to 4 working days.
- Other cities and towns: 5 to 7 working days.
- Delivery can take longer during sales, public holidays and bad weather.
Tracking
- We send your tracking number by WhatsApp or text message as soon as your order is sent.
Receiving your parcel
- Please do not accept a parcel that is torn or looks opened. Refuse it and message us straight away.
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. The courier will call you before delivering.
- If the courier cannot reach you or deliver, the parcel comes back to us and the order is cancelled. To send it again, delivery is charged again. If you already paid online, we refund you, minus the delivery charge.
- If your order has not arrived within 7 days of being sent, message us with your order number.
Where we deliver
- All over Pakistan. We do not deliver outside Pakistan yet.
